We provide the comprehensive service and repairs required to keep your equipment running in top notch condition. All services and repairs will be quoted and approval will be required before repairs begin. 

 

there is an inspection fee for all equipment, the fee is for the time used to complete the inspection, these inspections require the Equipment to be opened for access to all the components.  the fees are as follows

Dehumidifiers 

$105.00 inspection and diagnostics, cleaning services on approved repairs.   

$65.00 if the equipment is deemed unrepairable.

Air movers 

$30.00 inspection and diagnostics, cleaning services on approved repairs.

$16.00 if the equipment is deemed unrepairable.

$55.00 is the fixed labor cost regardless of the what repairs are being performed on the air mover.

Air scrubbers / neg air equip  

 $65.00 inspection and diagnostics, cleaning services on approved repairs.

 $35.00 if the equipment is deemed unrepairable.

Hydroxyl / Ozone machines

$45.00 inspection and diagnostics, cleaning services on approved repairs.

$25.00 if the equipment is deemed unrepairable.

All other equipment

$75.00 inspection and diagnostics, cleaning services on approved repairs.

$45.00  if the equipment is deemed unrepairable.

 

Services provided for equipment as follows

* Dehumidifier repair and maintenance, service or repair to all functions and components including the sealed refrigerant systems. preventative inspection of all wiring, plumbing and components. perform internal evaporative and condenser core cleaning. inspection of refrigerant levels within the system.

* Air mover, Air scrubber, negative air equipment repair and maintenance. service or repair to all functions and components, preventative inspection of switches cords and GFCI outlets. replacement of Hepa filters and prefilters as needed.

* Hydroxyl and ozone generator equipment repair and maintenance. service and repair all functions and components. inspect electrical components for wear or abrasion, inspect electrodes and uv bulbs for cleanliness and function.

* Repair and maintenance air compressors, generators, and power distribution equipment. service and repair to all functions and components, in depth inspection of electrical systems, cords and GFCI outlets. breakers and safety devices will all be individually inspected to verify they meet the standards set for the component.

* Extraction equipment and tool repair and maintenance. you have many other tools and equipment used in the course of one job, we do service and repair of these items as well. tall equipment get the same quality of inspection, repair and cleaning.
